Justin Fortney

Justin Fortney is a Geoscientist at ExxonMobil as of November 2023, with extensive experience in geologic roles at Denbury Inc. since July 2019, where responsibilities include EOR reservoir optimization and conformance maintenance in the Texas Gulf Coast. Prior to Denbury, Justin served as a Geologist at BRG Energy Inc. from July 2012 to June 2019, focusing on prospect generation and conventional exploitation in various Texas basins. An early career position as an intern at QEP Energy Company provided experience in XRF analysis for Haynesville Shale cores.
