Alexandra Kuebler

Alexandra Kuebler's work experience includes serving as the CHRO/Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Exyte, where they lead the HR function for the global company. Alexandra was also the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, overseeing HR for their global businesses and focusing on transformation and implementation of a new HR structure. Prior to that, Kuebler was the SVP/Global Head of HR at tk AG Components Technology, supporting a business with annual revenues of approximately €7bn and over 30,000 employees. Alexandra also held HR leadership positions at Cisco and AT&T.

Alexandra Kuebler completed a Business Coach program in 2015, a Master of Human Resources Management program in 2014, and a Business Mediator program in 2011.
