Paul Eckert

Paul Eckert brings extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture, currently serving as Senior Director Talent Management, Development & Culture at Exyte since January 2025. Previously, Paul held various senior positions at Eberspächer Group, including Senior Director Global Talent & Culture and Director Global Talent & Culture, from December 2019 to December 2024. Prior to that, Paul worked at Dürr as Vice President and Director of Corporate People Development, among other roles, from January 2010 to November 2019. Paul's career began at Robert Bosch GmbH, where significant contributions were made in human resources and marketing from January 1999 to April 2006. Academically, Paul completed a degree in Business Management at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and furthered expertise with a certification in Leading Digital Transformation from ESMT Berlin.
