Frank is responsible for driving market leadership, developing and retaining talent, creating high-performing teams, and providing exceptional client service for the US-West region practice of 10,000 professionals spanning 18 states and 27 offices. With more than 33 years of experience at EY, Frank also serves as a Senior Advisory Partner on several of the region’s largest clients and on the US Executive Committee and the Americas Operating Executive.
Prior to his current role, Frank served in numerous leadership roles at EY, most recently as Americas Assurance Vice Chair leading 20,000 audit, financial and reporting professionals. He previously served as EY’s Global Audit Transformation Leader, overseeing the firm’s significant investment in transforming the audit experience for clients. Under Frank’s leadership, EY launched EY Canvas, the firm’s global audit platform, as well as EY Helix, a suite of data analytics.
Frank earned a BS in Business Administration from Boston College.
