Joe Ungemah

Joe Ungemah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the consulting and advisory sectors. Currently serving as Partner/Principal at EY since November 2018, Joe leads initiatives focused on building trust in capital markets globally. Prior to this role, Joe was the North America Practice Leader for Talent Management & Organizational Alignment at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included guiding clients in transforming risk into growth opportunities. Joe's career also includes a position as Vice President of Professional Services at CEB (now Gartner), Change Design Manager at Aon, and Human Resources Supervisor at Johns Manville. Academic credentials include a D.Occ.Psych. in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University, a Diploma in Employment Law from Dublin Business School, an M.Phil. in Social Psychology from UCL, an MBA with an emphasis on Human Resources from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
