Tay Burrell is a seasoned professional in marketing and customer success with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Marketing Content Specialist at Eyefinity since May 2021, Tay contributes to VSP Global's mission of enhancing eye care experiences. Prior to this role, Tay held the position of Global Customer Success Service Coordinator at SAP Concur from October 2016 to May 2021, managing a portfolio of 120 large market accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Concurrently, Tay completed a fellowship in Partner Marketing and Communications at SAP, focusing on content creation and event planning. Earlier experience includes serving as Traffic Manager at Novus Media, where Tay managed commercial press runs and advertising partnerships, and as Project Coordinator at Franklin Energy Services, where Tay developed customer engagement initiatives and improved training processes. Tay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Simpson College.
