Mark Shovman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in research, development, and education. Currently serving as VP of R&D at Eyeviation since May 2021, Mark specializes in technical solutions and algorithm development for eye movement analysis. Previous roles include Senior Tools Developer at Mobileye, where performance validation of automotive technologies was a focus, and AR-UX and Vision Researcher at EyeWay Vision Ltd., emphasizing Augmented Reality applications. In academia, Mark has taught courses on computer games programming and augmented/virtual reality design at institutions such as Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and Hebrew University of Jerusalem. With a PhD in Psychology from Abertay University, Mark's research interests include cognitive aspects of data visualization and learning disabilities diagnosis.
