Francisco Javier Basoco Gil has extensive experience in management and consulting roles, currently serving as Delegado Levante at Estacionamientos y Servicios S.A.U. since June 2016. Prior to this, Francisco held the position of Director Gerente at Servicleop from October 2006 to June 2016, overseeing the contracting and management of public concessions. Francisco's career began at Accenture as a Manager from February 1998 to October 2006, focusing on IT consulting in the insurance sector, and included an internship at Grupo Endesa providing support in managing thermal power plants from July 1997 to February 1998. Francisco holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering European Studies from Coventry University.

Our CityXplorer platform enables real-time management of traffic congestion, loading zones, pollution peaks and the establishment of corridors for emergency vehicles through traffic light control. In the interurban sector, we manage intelligent tolls (Free Flow), information panels, radars and cameras, and we ensure road safety by alerting emergencies in the event of an accident. In infrastructure management, we manage more than 50 car parks facilities and, under the mowiz TRUCK brand, 14 secure parks for trucks.
