Sinead Keenan currently serves as Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President at EZRA Coaching since August 2022. Prior to this, Sinead held various leadership positions at Spencer Stuart from October 2019 to August 2022, including Director of Learning and Development for EMEA and APAC. Sinead's extensive experience in learning and development also includes roles at Mind Gym from February 2011 to October 2019, where Sinead progressed from Senior Solutions Director to Senior Solutions Designer. Earlier, Sinead worked as a Change Management Consultant at Towers Watson and as a Research Associate at the London School of Economics, where Sinead earned a Master of Science in Social Psychology. Sinead holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Italian from Trinity College Dublin.
