Susan Haukapp has been working in the customer success and mortgage loan industries since 2001. Susan began their career as a Wholesale Account Executive at First Horizon Home Loans in 2001. In 2009, they moved to Bank of America as a Mortgage Loan Officer. In 2012, they transitioned to Metro Home Lending in the same role. In 2017, Susan moved to Top of Mind Networks as a Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined EZ Texting in the same role.
