Jason Vining, PMP, CSEP, currently serves as the IPT Lead at the F-35 Joint Program Office since January 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Deputy Director of Test Design Division at the Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force from July 2020 to March 2023, and positions as PMO Chief Engineer and Program Manager at SPAWAR Space Field Activity from March 2016 to July 2020. Jason Vining also held the role of Department Head at TACRON 21 between September 2013 and March 2016, Assistant Director of Test Planning and Execution at COMMOPTEVFOR from September 2012 to September 2013, and EWO/CAG STAFFER at CVW-1 from September 2010 to September 2012. Earlier roles include Test NFO/EA18G EA6B Project Officer at VX-23 and student at the US Navy Test Pilot School. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
