Eric Moran is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and network repair. Currently serving as an Information Technology Desktop Support at F. H. Cann & Associates, Inc. since February 2022, Eric focuses on imaging and configuring new workstations and improving IT infrastructure for a user base of over 1,000. Prior to this role, Eric worked at TPx Communications in various capacities, including UCx Tier-2 Network Repair Technician, where responsibilities included managing escalated support tickets, troubleshooting VOIP and networking issues, and maintaining engineering processes using Perl scripts. Eric's experience also includes providing software support for Verizon's SitePortal© web application at C Squared Systems, LLC. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keene State College.
