He develops programs and plans to support contractors that install heating, air conditioning and mini splits into homes, condos and apartments, as well as restaurants, strip malls, small-scale office buildings, etc. Art has over 20 years of HVAC experience that spans within the wholesale distribution industry and working with global manufacturing brands. He has led sales teams, coordinated with engineering consultants, supported job design, negotiated contracts and managed HVAC projects across large territories – all with the goal of satisfying the customer, growing market share and moving the company forward. No matter the project, he excels at bridging the gap between vendors and customers and is committed to making sure contractors have the supplies and trainings they need. Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
