Luis Palacios

Luis Palacios has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Luis joined F12.net in 2016 and currently holds the position of Account Executive. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of F12 Southern Alberta from 2019 to 2022 and as an IT Manager from 2016 to 2019. Before joining F12.net, Luis worked at XCEL Professional Services Ltd. as an IT Analyst/Remote Operations Team Lead from 2010 to 2016. Luis also briefly worked as a Technical IT Consultant at ES Williams and Associates in 2010. Additionally, Luis has prior experience as an IT Specialist at IT Matters from 2006 to 2010 and as a Technical Service Representative at Star Choice Communications from 2003 to 2006.

Luis Palacios attended Bishop McNally High School from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they enrolled in the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2000 to 2002. During their education, they obtained several certifications, including MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) in Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in November 2013. Luis also holds certifications in Sonicwall, Kaspersky, MCP in Managing and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Environment, and MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) in Windows Server 2008 R2, Server Virtualization.
