Sean Finn has over 25 years of experience in the safety solutions, 3D scanning, and surveying industries. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at SBS - Safe Business Solutions, Sean oversees the provision of a full suite of safety services tailored to each client's needs. Prior to this role, Sean held leadership positions at F3 & Associates and Worldwide Surveys, where Sean focused on 3D scanning and managing survey crews.

Founded in 2004, F3 & Associates is a multidisciplinary surveying firm offering a wide range of services to Architecture Firms, Contractors, Engineering Firms, Municipalities and Agencies including licensed professional land surveying and mapping, underground utility locating, GPR scanning, and 3D laser scanning. Over the firm’s history F3 has successfully completed more than 4,500 projects for more than 1,000 clients across large public and private sector projects. Our markets include residential & commercial development, education, energy, industrial, infrastructure, public works, and transportation among others. As one of the largest land surveying firms on the West Coast, we employ more than 100 people, including 35 fully equipped survey crews and nine (9) utility locating crews crossed trained and experienced to deliver our services at any given time from office locations in the Bay Area, Southern California, and Northern Nevada.
