Brent Curran

Brent Curran is an experienced professional with a significant background in service delivery and client experience. Currently serving as VP of Global Service Delivery for Enhanced Support at F5 Networks since July 2008, Brent leads a team focused on delivering value to customers during challenging situations. Previous roles include Director of Global Support and Escalations Account Director at F5 Networks, as well as serving as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society from 2008 to November 2015. Brent has a track record of growth and operational improvement as Director at Merrimac Capital, expanding the firm’s staff and enhancing structure and process flows. With an extensive career at T-Mobile USA from 1996 to 2005, Brent held multiple leadership roles, including Director of a large financial care facility. Educationally, Brent holds two MBAs from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Washington State University.
