Chelsea Cresswell is a seasoned professional in people and culture management with extensive experience in communications and customer success. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager at Caci New Zealand since April 2014, Chelsea has held various roles including Culture and Communications Manager, focusing on aligning people-processes with the company's culture and values, as well as Customer Success & Communications Manager, where development and implementation of communication strategies for engagement and brand awareness were priorities. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Manager, overseeing internal and external communication strategies, and Marketing Communications Executive with the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand. Previous positions also include Brand Activation and Communications Coordinator at Sony and Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Orca Triathlon. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a Marketing Major from Unitec.
