Ajay started their career at Goodlass Nerolac Paints Ltd. as a Divisional Manager, where they demonstrated a strong determination to succeed by successfully implementing 200 Color Dispensing Machines in the South market. Ajay then worked at airtel as a Zonal Manager before joining Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited as a Regional Manager North. During this role, they established the distributor model and encouraged the opening of exclusive brand outlets. Ajay then moved on to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Vice President Sales & Distribution, where they gained valuable insights into setting up distributions and understanding retail. Ajay also worked at Ing Vysya Bank, now Kotak Mahindra Bank, as an Executive Vice President Sales -- North, where they led the market growth and increased the share of North in the tied agency business. Ajay's next role was at BIBA Apparels Private Limited, where they served as the Head of Retail Operations. Ajay was responsible for expanding distribution through exclusive and multi-brand outlets, as well as managing retail and visual merchandising. Currently, they hold the position of President Retail at Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd.
