Jeremy Wilson

Jeremy Wilson serves as the VP of Legal at both Fabletics and TechStyleOS, where leadership encompasses corporate, commercial, compliance, privacy, employment, and public affairs legal matters, alongside media and entertainment business affairs. Prior to these roles, Jeremy was Senior Counsel at Activision Blizzard, handling corporate governance and SEC compliance for the Fortune 500 company. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Legal for Corporate Governance & Securities at JLL, where responsibilities included SEC reporting and strategic planning. Jeremy's earlier career includes positions at prestigious law firms and a significant role as a community organizer during the Obama reelection campaign. Educational background includes a BA in Anthropology from Stanford University and a JD/MBA from Northwestern University, encompassing Corporate Law and Social Change.
