Montree Phongpaew

Montree Phongpaew is a seasoned professional in test engineering with over 23 years of experience. Currently serving as Sr. Test Engineering Manager at Fabrinet since July 2011, Montree leads all test engineering initiatives to align with customer and company standards, focusing on developing testing strategies and machines for various production stages. Prior experience includes Test Engineering Section Manager at Stars Microelectronics, where Montree oversaw test process design and capability development, and Sr. Test Engineer at Celestica, responsible for leading testing functions for advanced technological products. Montree holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut Institute of Technology North Bangkok.
