Tomasz Pilat

Tomasz Pilat currently serves as the Director of Project Management Office and Project Portfolio Coordinator at Fabryki Mebli "FORTE"​ S.A., overseeing project and portfolio management operations, strategic planning, and governance processes since February 2022. Prior to this, Tomasz led the Project Management Office at Grupa ATERIMA, where responsibilities included creating and implementing project procedures and methodologies. As Director at Akademia Opiekunów from July 2017 to January 2021, Tomasz managed company operations and developed innovative educational programs. Other notable roles include Project Manager at Agencja Zatrudnienia ATERIMA, Quality Delivery Executive and Training and Quality Consultant at lastminute.com, and HR Customer Representative at Philip Morris International. Tomasz began the career as a Project Coordinator at Tertio Millennio Institute. Educational achievements include two Master's degrees from Jagiellonian University in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies, and International Relations and Affairs.
