Zachary Bartlam

Zachary Bartlam is an experienced IT professional with a background in network engineering and systems administration. Currently serving as IT Manager at FACE since May 2021, Zachary maintains network and server infrastructure, implements new technology solutions, and provides employee training. Prior roles include Network Engineer at Patient Services, Inc. from April 2016 to May 2021, and Systems Administrator/Network Analyst at Dominion Packaging Inc. from December 2013 to March 2016. Zachary also has experience as a Technical Support Analyst at the University of Richmond, where support was provided to the university community using HEAT ticket tracking software. Early career experience includes working as Head Bartender at CSR Investments, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University.
