Hayes Anderson is a seasoned professional in member experience and sales management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Member Experience at Facet since July 2022. Previously, Hayes held multiple leadership roles at TravelPass Group from August 2014 to May 2022, including Director of Global Sales and Support, where notable achievements included a 4% increase in annual conversion rates through standardized training and a 10% improvement in first contact resolution via process optimization.
