Glenn Alley

Glenn Alley is an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer currently with Facility Gateway Critical Services since May 2020. Prior to this role, Glenn held various positions in the field service and engineering sectors, including Field Service Manager at AC & DC Power Technologies, where responsibilities included managing the Field Service Department. Glenn has also served as an Engineering Support Specialist at Thomas and Betts Power Solutions, providing technical support and training on Mitsubishi UPS products. Previous roles include Senior Field Service Engineer and Senior Field Engineer, focusing on UPS maintenance and repair, as well as a foundational career in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician.
