Sushmita Singh is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education and product development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Product at Faclon Labs since June 2022, a company specializing in Industrial AI. Prior to this, Sushmita held multiple roles at LIDO from November 2018 to August 2023, including Senior Academic Manager and Senior Curriculum Designer, focusing on enhancing online education. Sushmita also contributed to the creation of inclusive learning environments as Program Lead at Samait Shala and served as Chief Curriculum Manager at Carpe Diem under Teach for India. Sushmita began the journey as a Fellow at Teach For India, teaching in under-resourced schools. Sushmita holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from CSJM University and a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from Delhi University.

Faclon Labs
They are a group of IIT Bombay graduates who eager to use technology for social and economic reform. The idea is to provide end to end solutions that enable governing authorities with the technology to remotely monitor and control water distribution network. Water is a scarce natural resource and being the basic need of every human, theybelieve that their product is going to impact each and every one of them. They will not just make the work easier for field operators & engineers by enabling them with the technology but will also help them to provide a better service to the end consumers.
