Adam Schuster is a co-founder of Happy Nation (wellyou), an initiative focused on enhancing overall well-being and fostering connections among individuals in both physical and digital spaces since 2017. Additionally, Adam has been a community member at Factory Berlin, a business club for entrepreneurs, since November 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a research assistant for Fraktion Bündnis 90/Die Grünen im Deutschen Bundestag from 2013 to 2017 and working as a freelancer in coaching, communication, and management from 2009 to 2017. Adam co-founded Jiffycal.com, which aimed to connect people and ideas, and held leadership roles in the Vipassana Association Germany from 2008 to 2010. Adam holds degrees from Bielefeld University and European University Viadrina, completed between 2002 and 2008.
