Dánial Hoydal is the founding partner and business development director at Faer Isles Distillery. Dánial has also previously served as the director of marketing and business development at Faroe Ship, an Eimskip subsidiary, and as the chief marketing and communications officer at Betri P/F. Hoydal has also been involved with Vinnuframi (Faroese Industrial Development Fund) and SwiftTurn, and is currently a board member of Offshore Directory.
Dánial Hoydal has a diploma in Single Malt Whisky and a diploma in the Art of Tasting Whisky from Edinburgh Whisky Academy. Dánial also has a Mini MBA from Henley Business School in Denmark. Dánial has taken a single subject course in Human Resources Management at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and has a Master's degree in Rhetoric & Information Science from the same school. Dánial graduated from Studentaskúlin í Hoydølum, a high school in the Faroe Islands.
