With previous experience at Carlsberg Group as Group VP covering various aspects of talent management, Jette also held roles at Vestas focusing on talent management, learning & development, and HR process excellence. Jette's academic background includes a Ph.D in Organizational Design and a Master's degree in Negotiation.
