Roman Mareček

Roman Mareček is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the automation and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Territory Sales Manager at Fagor Automation since October 2023, Roman is pioneering the establishment of a new sales office in the Czech Republic, focusing on creating marketing and business plans as well as office organization. Prior to this role, Roman was the Sales Area Manager at VST Engineering, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and overseeing marketing initiatives in Western Europe. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Representative at Pragolab s.r.o. and Deputy Head of the SOS Laboratory at Phoenix-Zeppelin, where expertise in industrial safety and laboratory management was developed. Roman holds a Master's degree in Theory and Technology of Explosives from the University of Pardubice, where a Ph.D. in Energetic Materials was also pursued.
