Our headquarters is based in the Basque city of Mondragon in Spain, with an additional production plant in Chachoengsao near Bangkok in Thailand. We employ over 500 people in both plants. The Electronic Manufacturing Services business unit offers a wide range of engineering, materials management and electronic circuit manufacturing services for different sectors such as the automotive industry, household appliances, industrial electronics and telecommunications. Last but not least, the Fleet Management business unit supplies fleet location and management solutions to improve productivity and service and guarantee safe transport. Fagor Electronica considers Total Quality Management their top priority. In line with TQM principles Fagor obtained EFQM Management Model Silver Q for Quality in 1998. We are approved by the vast majority of vehicle manufacturers (OEMs), and over the years we have been awarded numerous certificates, including ISO/TS16949, ISO 140001 and of course ISO 9001.
