Alexa Chryssos

Alexa Chryssos currently serves as the Director of CRM Marketing at Fair Harbor since September 2024. Previously, Alexa held the position of Director of Lifecycle Marketing at Jaanuu from December 2022 to April 2024, focusing on strategic ownership of lifecycle communication touchpoints and key retention metrics. Prior experience includes serving as Director of CRM at M.M.LaFleur, where impactful email, direct mail, and SMS marketing strategies drove significant ecommerce revenue, alongside earlier roles at Oceana Restaurant as Maitre D' and Part-Time Breakfast Manager, and as a Promotions Assistant at iHeartMedia. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Tufts University, completed in May 2012.
