Christina Hemmingway has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in quality assurance and food safety. Christina is currently the Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety at Fair Oaks Foods, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at OSI Group for ten years, where they held various roles in quality assurance management. Christina served as a Quality Assurance Manager from September 2019 to August 2021, Assistant Quality Assurance Manager from September 2015 to September 2019, and Quality Assurance Supervisor from May 2011 to September 2015.
Christina Hemmingway obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2007 to 2011. Christina later pursued a Master of Science degree in Food Safety at Michigan State University from 2018 to 2020.
