At FAL, we are proud to be the brainchild of two extraordinary individuals who share a passion for making a positive impact in their community. Fanuel, an army veteran, and Diana, a dedicated behavioral health nurse, have combined their expertise and unwavering commitment to create an IDD agency like no other.
FAL  promotes the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes. We provide group home services, supported living, day habilitation, nursing services and supported employment.
