Yuanchi Ning

Yuanchi Ning is a Director of Machine Learning, Personalization at Faire since February 2022, leading a team to develop end-to-end machine learning solutions for personalization and recommendation. Previously, Yuanchi served as Senior Manager of Machine Learning, Search & Recommendation at Faire, focusing on recruiting skilled engineers in backend, data, and machine learning infrastructure. Prior experience includes a role as Engineering Manager II at Uber, where Yuanchi managed the Uber Eats Eater Relevance team, enhancing ranking and personalization systems. Yuanchi's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Tsinghua University. Additionally, Yuanchi has completed internships at Microsoft and Alibaba Cloud Computing, as well as a testing role at Lenovo.
