Jason de Guzman

Jason de Guzman currently serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for the West Coast at Fairfield Residential, a position held since August 2022. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at 29th Street Capital from March 2019 to August 2022 and Vice President of Acquisitions at both Neilson Hammer and Cardinal Investments. Jason's career in real estate began with a role as Land Acquisition Manager at John Laing Homes and earlier positions in Commercial Leasing, Acquisitions, and Sales at Investments Limited. Jason holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Business degree in Real Estate from the University of Arizona.
