Trey Kirby

Trey Kirby is an experienced development executive currently serving as Vice President of Development for the Mid-Atlantic Region at Fairfield Residential since September 2020. Previously, Kirby held the position of Vice President of Development and Development Associate at Trammell Crow Residential from November 2014 to September 2020. A brief tenure as Development Summer Associate at Terwilliger Pappas Multi-Family Partners included the creation of analytical tools and financial models that facilitated significant investment opportunities totaling approximately $350M. Prior experience at CGI spanned from December 2005 to July 2012, including roles as Manager for Mid-Atlantic Government Markets, Senior Consultant, and Consultant/Government Relations Specialist, where Kirby successfully led business development initiatives and managed substantial budgets. Kirby holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Integrated Science & Technology from James Madison University.
