Tomasz Tyżaj has been a software engineer since 2012. Tomasz began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Intel Corporation, and later held positions as a Network Software Engineer and Software Test Engineer. In 2017, they moved to Jetshop as a Senior Python Developer, where they maintained and developed micro-services oriented platforms, designed and implemented new functionalities using REST API and micro-services architecture, and developed backends with Python, Django and PostgreSQL. In 2020, they joined Playstack as a Senior Backend Developer, where they developed and maintained game backends for Dibs game. Tomasz is currently employed as a Senior Backend Developer at FairFly since 2022.
Tomasz Tyżaj obtained a Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.) in Informatyka from Gdańsk University of Technology between 2009 and 2016. In 2020, they received the Competent Communicator certification from Toastmasters International. Tomasz is also in the process of obtaining the Certified Tester - Foundation level certification from ISTQB.
