Tatiana Resende is a highly experienced scientist with a robust background in antibody discovery, project management, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Scientist I at FairJourney Biologics since June 2018, Tatiana leads complex antibody projects and co-development initiatives, while implementing quality assurance documentation. Tatiana has held progressive roles within the organization, including Associate Scientist II and Senior Research Associate, contributing significantly to various oncology and immunology projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at i3S - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde, involvement in academic teaching, and active participation in developmental biology societies. Tatiana holds a PhD in Developmental Biology from Universidade do Minho and a degree in Biology from the University of Lisbon.
