Lisa Chou

Lisa Chou is a Product Development Scientist at fairlife, LLC, where responsibilities include managing innovation and renovation projects at both pilot and commercial levels, multitasking across various stages of development, and coordinating sensory testing records. Previously, Lisa served as a Food Systems Team Organizer for Mn350, contributing to the growth of the team focused on transforming local food systems. Lisa's experience also includes roles at PepsiCo, OSI Group, and other organizations, where expertise in product development, quality assurance, and food safety was gained. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
