Nabil Ibrik

Nabil Ibrik is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategy and operations. As the interim COO at Fairmatic from May 2024 to February 2025, Nabil led operational functions including Insurance, Operations, People, and Finance for over 80 full-time employees. Prior to this role, Nabil served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at McKinsey & Company from November 2013 to December 2024, leading significant strategy and transformation projects across various sectors and advising high-level clients on growth and restructuring strategies. Nabil began the career at McKinsey as a Business Analyst and quickly advanced to Senior Associate after being ranked in the top 5% of consultants in the Middle East office. Educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
