Andy M. currently serves as the Director & Head of HR Planning and Analytics at FairPrice Group, and has held various HR leadership roles within the organization since April 2019. In addition to a long-standing involvement with the NTU School of Computer Science and Engineering Alumni Association, Andy holds the title of Vice President at NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited. Previous leadership experience includes Co-founder & CEO of CarbonLX, as well as roles at NE Digital, Sea, Shopee, IBM, and Forecepts. Academically, Andy has pursued extensive education in technology, psychology, and business from institutions including Cornell University and Nanyang Technological University, among others.
