David Soulière has extensive work experience in the field of compensation, benefits, and payroll. David started their career at Mercer as a Senior Associate in 2000 and worked there until 2012. After that, they joined Morneau Shepell, where they held various roles, including Senior Consultant, Principal, and finally, Principal and Leader of ASP clients coordination. David worked at Morneau Shepell until 2021 when they joined Banque Fairstone as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of VP Total Rewards at Banque Fairstone.
David Soulière completed a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science at Université de Montréal from 1997 to 2000.
