Ann Hengel

Ann Hengel serves as the Board Chair and Audit and Risk Committee member for Dayforce National Trust Bank at Ceridian Corporation since 2021. With over 12 years of experience at Fairview Health Services, Ann was honored as Director Emeritus in 2019 for significant contributions on the board, including serving as the first female Chair. Ann brings extensive risk management expertise from an 18-year tenure as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Bremer Financial Corporation, driving compliance and governance initiatives in a growing financial services organization. Previous roles included Vice President of Risk Management at National City Bank and Vice President positions at both Norwest Bancorp and First Bank. Ann began a career in banking as an Assistant National Bank Examiner for the State of Minnesota. Ann earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
