Charlene Briner

Charlene Briner possesses extensive experience in public relations and communications, currently serving as Vice President at Fairview Health Services since June 2025. Prior roles include Interim Director at the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management from June 2023 to January 2025 and Interim Executive Director at the Minnesota Racing Commission from June 2022 to March 2023. Additionally, Charlene held the position of Deputy Commissioner at the Minnesota Department of Human Services in mid-2020 and served as Interim Chief of Staff at Boston Public Schools from January 2019 to June 2020. Charlene Briner is educated at the University of Jamestown and the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs, having participated in the Senior Leadership Institute.
