Diane Tran

Diane Tran is the System Executive Director of Community Health Equity and Engagement at Fairview Health Services since February 2018, bringing extensive experience in community engagement and health equity. As the founder of Minnesota Rising since 2009, Tran focuses on building relationships and fostering the leadership capacity of emerging leaders in Minnesota. Previous roles include Senior Director of Community Engagement at HealthEast and Senior Project Manager at Grassroots Solutions, where Tran specialized in grassroots organizing and mobilization. Additionally, Tran has held positions at The Pew Charitable Trusts and various nonprofit organizations aimed at promoting public health and leadership among diverse populations. Tran holds a B.A. in International Social Policy from The College of St. Scholastica and a Certified Professional Project Manager credential from the University of St. Thomas.
