Drew Paszotta

Drew Paszotta, PharmD, is a Medication Therapy Management Pharmacist at Fairview Health Services since July 2023. Previously, Drew served as a Pharmacy Resident at Geritom Medical, Inc. from May 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included conducting URAC accredited drug therapy management visits and collaborating with care teams to optimize medication therapy. Additionally, Drew interpreted pharmacogenomic test results and presented pilot study data on medication interventions to an ACO’s board of directors. Earlier experience includes roles as a Pharmacy Intern at NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center and Hyvee Rx, and a Pharmacy Technician at Hyvee Rx. Educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy - PharmD from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Society, and the Environment from the University of Minnesota.
