Erin Bornholdt, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist currently working at Fairview Health Services since June 2023. In addition to this role, Erin serves as a Dance Team Coach for Shakopee Public Schools, focusing on mentoring high school girls while choreographing for the Varsity kick and JV jazz teams. Previous experience includes working as a Personal Care Assistant at MRCI WorkSource, providing care for a teenage girl with Cerebral Palsy, and completing multiple internships in physical therapy at NovaCare Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy Consultants Inc., and Fairview Health Services, where Erin evaluated and treated patients with various musculoskeletal conditions. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Physiology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
