Michael Reynolds

Michael Reynolds is an experienced security and emergency management leader, currently serving as Vice President of System Security & Emergency Management at Fairview Health Services since December 2021. In this role, Michael oversees security, emergency management, and business continuity for the M Health Fairview healthcare enterprise, which includes 35,000 employees and 13 hospitals across Minnesota. Prior to this position, Michael was the Director of Corporate Security at Allina Health from 2016 to 2021, managing security for a similar healthcare network. Earlier in the career, Michael served as Chief of Police for the City of Hopkins from 2010 to 2016 and as Police Commander in Brooklyn Center from 2009 to 2010, gaining extensive experience in law enforcement and community engagement. Michael holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Law Enforcement from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
