Key responsibilities include direct and indirect personnel recruitment, candidate sourcing, employment offer preparation, and recruitment event participation. Estera also manages transportation logistics for the company, ensuring efficiency through route optimization and cost-benefit analysis, while maintaining detailed documentation and reports. Previously, Estera worked as a Quality Control Operator and Production Operator at Plexus Corp. Estera holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Socio-Human Sciences.
