Faith In Practice
Ian Rhoades has worked for two organizations. Ian started their career at Young Life in August 2017 as a Mission Staff member and worked there until April 2020. In November 2020, they joined Faith In Practice as a Business Solutions Manager, and later in April 2023, they were promoted to the role of Business Solutions Director.
Ian Rhoades completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication Technology at The Ohio State University in 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary, which they are expected to complete in 2020.

Faith In Practice
The mission of Faith In Practice is to improve the physical, spiritual, and economic conditions of the poor in Guatemala through short-term surgical, medical, and dental mission trips and health-related educational programs. Our mission is based on an ecumenical understanding that as people of God we are called to demonstrate the love and compassion that is an outward sign of God’s presence among us. Faith In Practice’s life-changing medical mission is to minister to the poor, while providing a spiritually enriching experience for our volunteers.
